Working within our base customer service team you would be the face of the base, as soon as customers arrive, willing to help with any queries regarding their holiday. From working reception to quality checks on the yachts you would be involved in all base customer service elements. A smile goes a long way, and the approachable and friendly nature of our customer service team helps ensure our customers have a holiday of a lifetime.
Working on flotilla in a customer service role means you will be working between the beautiful islands, being a friendly face who’s there in each port throughout the customer’s holiday, from organising social events, to keeping the kids entertained, these roles become the heart and soul of flotilla.
