We appreciate you choosing Sunsail for your sailing holiday, and with gratitude, we welcome you to the Sunsail Loyalty Rewards Program. You will automatically be enrolled following your first booking with us, so there’s nothing you need to do. Your Loyalty Reward Membership is valid for three years after your last holiday and renews with each booking.

Loyalty Rewards Savings include:

• 5% off your subsequent sailing vacations
• A sneak peak at new products and yachts
• Newsletters and emails with exclusive savings
• The first chance to book holidays in new destinations

Questions and answers

Who is eligible?

Following your initial booking, returning head charter guests re-booking with the North America office within three years are eligible to receive the Sunsail Loyalty Rewards Savings.

How long am I eligible?

The loyalty savings is valid for three years after following your first booking and renews after each booking as the head charter guest with the UK office. 

Can I combine it with other offers?

The Sunsail Loyalty Rewards Savings can be combined with most Sunsail offers.  All published offers will include notice of inclusion or exclusion of Sunsail Loyalty Rewards Savings combinability. 

Can my travel agent book for me?

The Sunsail Loyalty Rewards Program is only offered to guests who made their initial and repeat bookings directly through our UK Office.  Guests booking through a Broker are not eligible.

Are there any exclusions?

Your 5% Sunsail Loyalty Rewards Savings excludes Sunsail Corporate products.  Not valid for use on supplementary extras including flight upgrades, sailing courses, transfers, water toys, extras, fuel, or provisioning.  Black out dates include Christmas and New Year’s Eve Holiday charters.
