Sunsail is proud to partner with Dufour — for over 60 years, Dufour has been designing and building innovative, high-performing sailing boats. This world-renowned boat manufacturer was founded in 1964 by young engineer Michel Dufour. Production facilities include one of the biggest shipyards in the world and are located in La Rochelle France. 

Dufour currently manufactures a wide range of sailing yachts that are both seaworthy and spacious. Contemporary styling, large common areas, and cabins, plus the latest onboard amenities provide the ultimate combination of design, innovation, and performance.

The famous Italian naval architect Umberto Felci and the designers of Dufour Yachts work in very close cooperation to get hulls of the very best quality. 100% made in France, all Dufour Yachts models are thought-up, designed, and produced in La Rochelle, in the company headquarters, with approximately 400 sailboats built each year.
