The crew at the base in Belize were very congenial and helpful. They went over the top in helping and servicing our needs. The boat was an older one and had some minor issues with the music radio and attaching our players to it. Kevin was the greatest. He spent the most time on our problems and even stayed late one night to see if he could resolve our connection problems so we could continue our 2 week cruise without much delay. I have chartered with Sunsail before and will continue to do so at other bases in the Caribbean.

Rebekha was phenomenal to work with… and how professional, helpful and polite everyone at the marina was.

Fast boat and great service when we had to return “under sail “ when the mainsail Halliard pulley broke and we could not lower our main.

Overall experience was amazing. The staff, including everyone from the front desk, dock managers and people working all over the docks and complex and restaurant, etc were all so nice, helpful, professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were all set with everything. Looking forward to booking our next adventure!!

Check in and out was very well organized and easy (Chris was excellent). Boat was in great shape and worked flawlessly. Staff member (James) came out and offered to helm us into the slip – much appreciated. Fantastic first experience. it was a positive experience from the minute we arrived at the marina. the staff is amazing. so helpful and so kind. we had a mechanical issue our first day out. called for service. they said they would be there in 90 minutes. and literally arrived on the exact minute. and fixed the issue with the swim platform.
